Gem Rush Privacy Policy

Gem Rush (Android package com.programmersols.gemrush) is made by Programmersols. This policy explains what happens to your information when you play.

We do not collect personal data

Gem Rush has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. The game does not send any information about you or your device to us or to anyone else.

Data kept on your phone

The game saves your progress and settings on your device: coins, best score, level, daily bonus days, chosen theme, game settings, and confirmations of coin purchases (used to make sure each purchase is credited once). We never receive this data. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data in Android settings, deletes it from your phone.

If you have Android backup turned on, Android may include this game data in your phone's backup to your own Google account, so your progress can come back on a new phone. That backup is made and stored by Google under Google's privacy policy; we cannot see it. You can turn backup off in your phone's settings.

Purchases

Coin packs are sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment, and we never see your payment details. The game receives only a confirmation from Google Play that a purchase was made, so it can add the coins. Google's privacy policy covers your purchase.

Ratings

If you rate the game, you do it in Google Play's own window, and Google handles it under its privacy policy. We see your rating only as a public review on Google Play.

Sharing

When you tap Share or Invite, Android's share menu sends a picture or message to the app you choose. We do not receive what you share.

Children

Gem Rush is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal data from anyone.

Security, retention and deletion

We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to keep, secure or delete. Your game data is removed from your phone when you uninstall the game or clear its data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
